By the end, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and deeply nourished, ready to return to your life with a renewed spirit and a quiet excitement for your next reset.

Throughout the day, enjoy gentle options like journaling, creative time, a tech detox hour, mindful walks, or quiet reading.
During relaxation times, you’re invited to book a personalized treatment to deepen your unwind. We’ll provide a simple sign-up form so you can choose the best time for you.

Nawang is a deeply compassionate yoga teacher and personal trainer based in Liverpool, dedicated to guiding others back to their own rhythm and balance through mindful yoga practice. Her classes are a beautiful blend of calm intention and gentle movement, designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and nurture your spirit.
